Released in 2023, Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s starrer captivated audiences with its storyline, impactful visuals, and impeccable screenplay. While director Sandeep Reddy Vanga faced criticism from film critics and sections of society for its perceived moral incorrectness and toxicity, the film won the hearts of audiences and shattered box office records. Animal Park will feature Ranbir in a double role, portraying both Ranvikay and Aziz, the main antagonist. Viewers are eagerly anticipating the double dose of Ranbir in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film. Currently, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is busy shooting Prabhas starrer Spirit. This film marks Prabhas’s 25th film, where he plays the role of a police officer. Animal’s production designer, Suresh Selvarajan, has already hinted that Spirit will be much grander than Animal.

According to recent reports from Pinkvilla, Sandeep Reddy Vanga will commence shooting for Animal Park in 2026 after wrapping up Prabhas starrer Spirit. The report suggests that Vanga will only take up the Kapoor starrer film once he’s finished shooting for Prabhas’ film. This means there’s a significant possibility that any delay in Prabhas starrer Spirit could directly impact Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal Park. As of now, there’s been no official confirmation from Sandeep Reddy Vanga or his team regarding the aforementioned news.

It’s now a waiting game for the ardent fans of the Ranbir Kapoor starrer. Until Prabhas’ film is completed, there’s apparently no hope for Animal Park to see the light of day.
