Bills to repeal and replace IPC, Code of Criminal Procedure, Evidence Act passed
Parliament has passed the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Bill replacing the Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and the Evidence Act, respectively.
