Ranbir Kapoor gets spotted in the city in new look, waves at the paps amid Ramayana’s legal battle reports – WATCH video | Hindi Movie News

Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi have already begun shooting for their epic saga ‘Ramayana‘ a few days ago. Some stills from the movie were leaked, and fans couldn’t stop gushing over Ranbir’s look for the movie. However, one hopes there’s no trouble on the movie as reports suggest that the film could be in legal battle. Madhu Mantena was supposed to produce the movie but he backed out due to financial issues. However, in a public notice issued through trade channels, Mantena disclosed that discussions with Prime Focus Technologies to transfer these rights have not materialised into a formal agreement. He said that he still holds the IP (Intellectual Property) rights of the film.
Meanwhile, amidst these reports, Ranbir Kapoor was spotted in the city. As he was seen getting into his car, he was seen in a new look with short hair and a cap. He was wearing spectacles and had a very casual avatar as he waved at the paps and smiled before getting into his car.

These legal issues have further made people question the film’s future while it has already gone on floors. Amidst rumours of Yash’s rumored portrayal of Raavan, the lack of confirmation further adds to the uncertainty surrounding the film.
It was reported that Yash has only agreed to be a part of the film as a co-producer and not as Raavan. There’s no surity on who’s playing Raavan now. Meanwhile, stills of Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi and Arun Govil as King Dashrath had also gone viral.
For Ranbir, apart from ‘Ramayana’, the actor also has ‘Love And War’ followed by ‘Animal Park’ which is lined up.
