Denver Restaurant Week started in 2005 with 83 participating restaurants. Now, in its 20th year, the 10-day event boasts 213 participants with more signing up every day.
This year’s Denver Restaurant Week takes place March 1-10. It’s the Mile High City’s way of celebrating the local dining scene during one of the slowest times of the year and gives guests a chance to eat at some of the nicest restaurants in town for a good price, including Michelin-recognized restaurants and those with James Beard Award-winning chefs.
The pricing structure is divided into four tiers this year (instead of the usual three) with multi-course meals costing $25, $35 or $45 — and now $55 as well — depending on the restaurant. Reservations are encouraged, and there are both dine-in and takeout options.
The new website, which received a complete overhaul this year, allows diners to search for restaurants in multiple ways, including by price point, cuisine, neighborhood and dietary restrictions, like gluten-free and vegan options.
