Katie Lee Biegel shared her solution on Instagram, and it is quick and easy. She said you can still bake salmon in the oven, even if it’s frozen, and it’s still delicious.
To do so, preheat your oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Place the frozen salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet, baking for 8 minutes.
Don’t season the fish yet, as it’s still rock hard, Biegel said.
Take it out of the oven, then season the salmon with the spices you choose. Once it’s coated, put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
If your salmon is thicker, it may take 12 to 15 minutes. You can ensure it’s done when the internal temperature reaches 63 degrees Celsius.

Another shared more helpful tips.
“I have always cooked frozen salmon. Rub a little olive oil over the fish and season it and place in an iron skillet and cook in the oven at 400. Also did the same but wrapped in parchment paper. Delicious! Dinner would never be served if I had to wait for it to thaw out.”
