1. Moo Lah by Born & Bred
A few months back, fans of South Korean hanwoo beef specialists Born & Bred spotted hoardings going up in Central, on Hong Kong Island, that promised “better beef”.
The hoardings have now been removed to reveal Moo Lah, which has soft-launched this week with a menu comprising familiar Hong Kong favourites made with premium hanwoo – think beef brisket noodles, beef curry and more. The Central bar has unveiled its latest cocktail series, titled Texture, featuring seven drinks that represent the tactile nature of items such as cotton, silk and wax.
