Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuria have landed in a legal controversy once again. According to news agency ANI, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and the singer was booked by Gurugram police under Section 294 of IPC for illegally using snakes and abusive language during the shooting of the song 32 Bore. This marks the third FIR against Elvish in the NCR.
Saurabh Gupta, who is an animal rights activist working with People for Animals filed a plea in court. The People for Animal is run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi. It is being said that Elvish along with 50 others were seen using various snakes, which are prohibited as per the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, in a video which went viral on the internet. The plea also claimed that the video was filmed in a Gurgaon mall, stating that Yadav, along with unidentified individuals, engaged in additional unlawful activities.

Gupta further alleged that he approached police after he saw the video to lodge a case, but no action was taken. Later, Gupta decided to draft a mail to the official ID of the Gurgaon Commissioner and on November 6, he met him in person. When the complainant realised that no action on his complaint was being taken, he moved to court for assistance. Following the court order, an FIR was registered at the Badshahpur police station under IPC sections 294, and 34, along with sections 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act.
