Ramayana is said to be a dream project of Nitesh Tiwari, and reportedly, it’ll be made as a trilogy. Other than the KGF star, the trilogy will feature Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. Yash will be seen playing a baddie, Raavan. Also, some other names, like Lara Dutta and Sunny Deol, are doing rounds. However, as of now, nothing is officially confirmed yet.

KGF Chapter 2 star is getting an unbelievable remuneration?

Now, if recent viral reports are to be believed, Yash is getting a staggering 150 crores to play Raavan. A few months ago, this amount was said to be for just one film, but now, it has been learned that this salary amount will be distributed over the entire trilogy. So, for each film, he’ll be getting 50 crores.

Speaking about the salary for KGF Chapter 2, Yash had reportedly taken 30 crores. If the Ramayana trilogy’s remuneration is compared with KGF 2, there’s a jaw-dropping hike of 900%. Talking about each film, there’s a hike of 66.66%.

If it’s true, 50 crores for each film is justified as Yash has become a huge pan-India star after the KGF franchise, and he’s definitely a big crowd-puller. His last film, KGF Chapter 2, was a smashing hit at the worldwide box office with a collection of over 1200 crores gross, becoming the highest-grossing film in the history of the Kannada film industry.

The film will be a visual spectacle, and as per the reports, the budget of the film will go beyond 500 crores, thus making it one of the most expensive Indian films.
