Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar have been married since June 2021. They completely took everyone by surprise as they announced that they’re married. They had managed to keep their relationship very private until then. Yami had revealed that more than shoot of ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, they actually got to know each other during the promotions of the film and fell in love.
After having an intimate ceremony in 2021, the couple is now expecting their first baby. Yami surprised everyone again as she flaunted a baby bump at the trailer launch of their new film ‘Article 370’. The couple confirmed the pregnancy at the event. When Aditya was asked about Yami, he said that he just lucked out as he married her. He added, “As a human being, she’s one of the best human beings you’ll ever meet. She’s spiritual, religious, she’s very professional. If you call her at 6am at a shoot, she will be there on the set at 5 30 am, ready, sitting and waiting. For that, she will wake up at 3 30, take a shower and do pooja every day, no matter what. That way I completely lucked out. I’m like the luckiest guy in the world.”
Yami got emotional on hearing this. The actress said, “If I cry right now, people will think it’s pregnancy hormones but it’s not.”
As Aditya confirmed Yami’s pregnancy, he said at the event, “It was an amazing time because of the way the movie happened and the way we got to know about the baby. It almost felt like ‘Abhimanyu ki story yaad aa gayi’. The baby, knew exactly how 370 was made. In some time, we will get to know if it’s Lakshmi or Ganesha.”
