One of life’s cruellest jokes is that raw cookie dough, a delicious snack, can get you sick.
Well, a viral TikTok recipe combats that issue, while also making the dessert healthy.
Cottage cheese cookie dough has gone viral on TikTok, offering a protein packed alternative to raw cookie dough. Not only is there no fear of salmonella, the sweet’s high protein content will keep you satiated for longer, helping with weight loss.
TikToker @jakecohen has received 6.4 million views on his video of the recipe.
“I need a steady stream of sweets throughout the day and lots of protein so I’m actually vvvvvvvv into a few spoons of this magic whenever my sweet tooth is acting up!!” @jakecohen said.

Instructions
First, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and stir in almond flour and protein powder until it’s smooth throughout.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
