Veteran Actor Hema Malini Croons Sholay’s Iconic Holi Song, Wishes Fans In A Unique Way – WATCH

Hema Malini recently celebrated Holi in Vrindavan. The actor was seen singing the famous song Holi Ke Din from the movie Sholay.

Veteran actor Hema Malini celebrated Holi 2024 in her own style. The Sholay fame was in Vrindavan to celebrate the occasion of Holi. Smeared in colours, Malini, had a media interaction when she sang Holi Ke Din from her hit film Sholay. The actress also enchanted everyone with a rendition of the bhajan ‘Shyam Rang Mein Main Toh Rang Gayi’. News agency ANI shared a video of the actress on their X handle.

The actor can be seen donning a bright smile. She looked beautiful in a white floral saree which she teamed with a pink blouse. The video shared by ANI stated, “Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh | BJP MP Hema Malini sings ‘Holi Ke Din’ from her film ‘Sholay’ and a bhajan ‘Shyam Rang Mein Main Toh Rang Gayi’.”

At the beginning of this year, Hema Malini delivered a captivating Ramayana dance in Ayodhya on January 17, prior to the grand inauguration. Joined by Vishal Nayak, they captivated the audience with their portrayal of Sita and Ram, respectively. Images from the event are currently circulating on the internet.

Talking about the performance, the veteran actor told ANI, “This programme has been organised by Swami Rambhadracharya. He has organised a 10-day programme. I am fortunate to be here during this time. The whole of Bollywood is ‘Ramamay’. The artists are singing Ram songs. I also sang a Ram Bhajan last year. Everybody is preparing everything on Ram.”

When Hema was asked if should Mathura also have a Krishna temple at Krishna Janmasthal in Mathura, the actor said, “It should definitely be there. Mathura and Vrindavan are cities with temples. The ‘Janmashtal’ is Lord Krishna’s place… There is a beautiful temple.”
