Low-calorie Biscoff brownies

Ingredients

  • 140g Biscoff spread
  • 60g plain flour
  • Four tbsp Stevia sweetener
  • 35g cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 350g zero percent Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Four Biscoff biscuits

Method

Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for a few seconds until melted. Then pour the melted spread into a lined brownie tray.

Leave in the freezer for a few hours or until it’s set.

In a bowl add flour, yoghurt, sweetener, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix. Then add in the almond milk, mixing again until well combined and smooth.

Add half the brownie mix to a lined brownie tray. Then remove the set Biscoff from the freezer and quickly place on top of the brownie mix before it melts, then top with the rest of the brownie mix.

Top with crushed biscuits, and then cook at 180℃ for 20 to 25 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool fully.

Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
