Baileys offers a recipe to make a “shaketail.” The treat requires two scoops of softened vanilla ice cream, 3.5 ounces of Baileys Vanilla Mint, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
Blend together the ice cream and Baileys, continuing to add more ice cream until its the consistency of your choosing. Add whipped cream to a bowl and stir in chocolate sauce.
Pour the shake in a glass with a large helping of chocolate whip on top, and serve.
