Sundowns star Mudau open but waiting on overseas move

Mamelodi Sundowns star Khuliso Mudau is open to a move overseas but says he is waiting for an offer.

Mudau reveals that he is in the dark about an overseas move as media reports suggest he could leave Sundowns.

The gifted star was key for Bafana Bafana at Afcon as they clinched a bronze medal – he speaks about overseas.

After the Afcon tournament, speculation reveals that Mudau attracted interest from unnamed overseas sides.

While the Sundowns star, Mudau says he is open to a move overseas, but still waiting on offers as he is happy at Chloorkop.

SUNDOWNS RIGHT-BACK KEEN TO JOIN AN OVERSEAS CLUB BUT STILL WAITING

Just before the Afcon tournament, The South African reported that the Sundowns star, Mudau was wanted by an English side.

In addition to an overseas move, Mudau reveals he is open to joining an overseas club should the right offer come.

“On that one, I think if that opportunity comes, I would take it,” says Sundowns right back, Mudau to iDiski Times.

“But for now I can’t say anything, I don’t know anything.

“So, I’ll just wait, I’m like you, I don’t know anything.”

As he remains injured from the continental showpiece, Mudau also speaks about the competition at Sundowns amid overseas interest.

Moreover, Mudau adds coach Rulani Mokwena and his technical team demand more from them.

“You know that side, you need the right mentality, stay positive,” adds the Sundowns defender Mudau.

“Because, if you can check, almost all the players there have improved, you need to learn a lot.

“That side, there are corrections, there are a lot of meetings, they want to see your values.

“And you want to show your coach that I have done my corrections.

“They will show you your training session and if they are not happy, they will come to you.

“And you get to learn and improve on that.”

Meanwhile, Masandawana will now turn their focus to TP Mazembe whom they meet in the Caf Champions League.
