According to a report by CNBCTV18, global automobile company and Jeep maker Stellantis would let go of employees in the coming months. According to the report, global automobile company Stellantis had 43,000 employees as per a statistics. Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares reportedly said that the company would work to cut the costs globally to keep EVs affordable for middle-class customers. The report highlighted that the automobile giant did not reveal the exact date of the Stellantis layoffs and how many employees would be affected.
