Shruti Haasan CONFIRMS her breakup with Santanu Hazarika: I am entirely single and enjoying my life | Hindi Movie News

Shruti Haasan and her longtime boyfriend Santanu Hazarika have reportedly parted ways. The couple has allegedly been living separately for about a month.
On Thursday, the ‘Salaar‘ actress took to her Instagram story to address the query, saying, “I don’t like answering these questions, but I am entirely single. I am not willing to mingle, only working and enjoying my life.Enough.”
Meanwhile, the actress reportedly removed all photos with Santanu from her Instagram, signaling a definitive breakup. She also made a cryptic post recently, hinting at her emotional state. The post read: “It’s been a crazy ride, learning so much about myself and about people. We should never be sorry for all the things we can be or need to be.”
In an earlier chat with Bombay Times, Shruti had opened up about her relationship with Santanu. She said, “Santanu and I had some common friends. Our friendship blossomed because of our mutual appreciation for art, music, and cinema. People like him are rare. He is very kind and talented. As a visual artist and illustrator, his art really inspires me.”
Eloborating further, Shruti added, ” I have met many people who don’t prioritize kindness and good behavior, especially in our business. I have dated actors before, and it was terrible. For some actors, it may work, but for me, I consider myself a creative musician first. I am a bit of an oddball. I love my heavy metal and my dark graphic novels. I have never met anyone in the business who liked the same things as me. The actor I dated just didn’t get me. It was only after I dated outside the film community that I started discovering like-minded people.”
On the work front, Shruti Haasan was last seen in Salaar. The pretty actress is currently working on films ‘Salaar Part 2’.
