Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra posted enigmatic messages on their Instagram Stories shortly after their properties were seized by the ED.
Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra have landed in legal trouble after their property worth Rs 97.79 Crore was seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday. Now, both the actor and the businessman have shared a cryptic post on their social media handles, which appears to be his reaction to the claims. While Raj shared a picture of a lion roaring and spoke about remaining calm despite feeling disrespected, Shilpa shared a picture of her phone’s wallpaper and wrote Surrender.
Taking to Instagram, Raj shared a post which read, “Learning to stay calm when you feel disrespected is a different type of growth.” On the other hand, Shilpa shared a picture of Sai Baba and wrote, “Om Sai Ram,” along with the hashtag, ‘Surrender’.

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s Lawyer’s Statement
According to their lawyer’s statement, Shilpa and Raj expressed their willingness to collaborate with the authorities. They emphasized their desire for a “fair investigation” and affirmed their complete trust in the Indian judicial system.
“We shall follow the due process of law and take necessary steps as prescribed under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act to protect the liberty and property of my clients. On the face of it, there is no prima facie case made out against my clients Mr Raj Kundra and Mrs Shilpa Shetty Kundra,” their statement read.
“We have complete faith in the Honourable Judiciary. I believe when we make our fair representation before the Honourable Enforcement Directorate, even the investigation agencies may grant justice to us. We have faith in a fair investigation. We stand committed to cooperating with the authorities as and when required,” it added.
ED Siezes Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s Property
According to the details shared by the official Twitter handle of ED, a flat in Juhu owned by Shilpa Shetty, Residential Bungalow situated in Pune and Equity shares in the name of Raj Kundra. ED has seized properties worth Rs 97.79 belonging to the celebrity couple.
