An avid social media user, Samantha Ruth Prabu enjoys keeping her fans updated about her activities. The actress is currently holidaying in Malaysia and has dropped picturesque pictures from the destination. Dressed in a brown bikini, the actress was spotted bathing in a natural waterbody. Samantha also shared a picture of herself meditating and summed up her experience as ‘Highest love’.
Last year in July, Samantha had announced a break from work to concentrate on her health.She reportedly underwent treatment for her autoimmune condition, Myositis, in the US. However, the actress recently announced her return to work and shared, “Yes, I am going back to work, finally… But apart from that, in the meantime, I was so completely jobless. (smiles) But, I am doing something fun with a friend. It’s a health podcast. It is quite unexpected, but it is something that I really, really love. I am extremely passionate about it, and I am very excited that it is releasing next week. I hope that some of you really find it extremely useful. And, I think I have enjoyed making this.”

In the podcast Take 20, Samantha had opened up about her divorce from Naga Chaitanya in 2021 and stated, “I remember specifically the year before I had this problem; it was an extremely difficult year for me. I specifically remember the day that I think my friend, partner, or manager, Himank, and I were travelling back from Mumbai. And this was in June of the year before last, and I remember telling him that finally I felt calm. I haven’t felt a little relaxed and a little calm in a very, very long time. And I finally feel like I can breathe and I can go to sleep, and I can now wake up and focus on my work and be the best that I can be at work. And I woke up with this condition.”
