Actor Salman Khan who has been loved by millions of people, faced a scary incident at his residence, Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai, when gunshots were fired on Sunday morning. Thankfully, Salman and his family escaped unharmed, but security around their home has been increased. Galaxy Apartments, located in Bandra, has been Salman’s home for many years, despite his ability to afford a larger, more luxurious bungalow. He chooses to stay there because of his strong attachment to his family, especially his parents who live in the same building. In an old interview, Salman Khan was aksed that money is not that’s stopping you to move out of Galaxy. Then why is he still in a 3BHK flat?
Salman Khan had earlier said, “I love staying at my flat in Bandra over a big, luxurious bungalow because my parents live in the flat above mine. Ever since I was a child I have taken the same left turn or right turn and I would not have it any other way”. He had further said, “It is a three-bedroom hall but I don’t know how it became into a one-bedroom-hall. When we go up, we go lay down next to mom and dad.”
The incident that happened outside Salman Khan’s home involved two individuals on a bike firing three shots outside the apartment. While no injuries were reported, security measures have been stepped up, and the police have initiated an investigation. It’s reported that a 7.62 weapon was used in the firing.
