However, despite hailing from the same family, the leading ladies of Bollywood were not really BFFs with each other. And now, the Mardaani actress has yet again opened up on their alleged feud rumours in an interview.

Rani Mukerji opens up on feud with Kajol

In a recent conversation with a portal Galatta Plus, Rani Mukerji clarified the air around the family feud with Kajol. The actress shares that the family is one thing that stays no matter what. It becomes important for the world to see a family as one. “Differences happen everywhere, but if there is no reason for differences then why should differences happen?” Rani shared that’s what happened between her and Kajol as well. When Rani Mukerji talks about Kajol and her childhood

During Koffee With Karan’s episode which featured Kajol and Rani together, Karan Johar asked the latter if there was any distance between her and Kajol when they worked together. Rani agreed saying that she knew her as a kid and for her, the Dilwale actress was always Kajol Didi. The Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway actress says that people grow up and grow apart and the reason is not known. She shared she didn’t meet Kajol as often as Kajol lived in Town and they lived in Juhu. However, Rani shares that she was very close to Tanishaa Mukerji and still is. As for Kajol, the actress was closer to the boys.
