Who is ready for a money-saving hack? This time it will see you get more than you bargained for when ordering food.
Popeyes, which opened up its first doors in the UK in November 2021, has now several locations across the UK with plans to open more branches including areas such as Glasgow, Swansea, Birmingham, and Exeter.
But until then the New Orleans fast-food joint has added another addition to its UK menu. Albeit a ‘secret’ menu item.
In case you didn’t know there was a viral secret menu hack going around where you could upgrade your Chicken Sandwich and turn it into a double.
This time it sees Popeyes giving customers what they actually want by ordering the sandwich from one of their UK branches.

You can now get your hands on the Double Stack as it has been added to the menu.
According to the popular US fast food chain, 500 people each week order a Chicken Sandwich and an extra chicken breast to make it a double burger.
But thankfully you can now get two Shatter Crunch chicken breasts inside a brioche bun. This comes as either a Classic Double Stack Sandwich or a Spicy Double Stack Sandwich. Let’s not forget they both come with a spicy mayo.
Both sandwiches are available to order from all Popeyes restaurants, drive-thrus and delivery in the UK.
The Stacks cost £7.99 or will set you back more if you want to make it into a meal.
Dave Hoskins, head of food at Popeyes, said: “Team Popeyes is excited to announce the arrival of the new Double Stack Sandwich to our UK menu.
“Our customers love our chicken, and sometimes they want even more of it when ordering our legendary Chicken Sandwich.
“We’ve seen the hack, we’ve listened to our fans and we’re pleased to be making the Double Stack official – so more people can easily opt for some extra Shatter Crunch in their Sandwich.”
