The frequent flyer took to Reddit to share an image of the broken window in a thread titled, Delta

In the flick, the frame of the airplane window was seen on the floor in between the unnamed passenger’s legs.

The post was titled: ‘So this fell off.’

‘Whelp, it’s not often that things other than wi-fi break on my flights, but this is a first. Fell off when we landed,’ the passenger said before sharing the image.

In the comments section, he revealed that he had told a flight attendant about the mishap.

However, the cabin crew member didn’t seem to mind as they responded, ‘Of course it did.’

Following the man’s confession, people on the web flooded the comments section and

The man was sitting in the window seat of a Delta plane.

His snap showed a borderless window as the frame was on the ground.

He revealed that it fell during landing.

The Reddit user further revealed that he was sitting in the ’emergency exit row’ when the mishap occurred.

He noted that it fell off multiple times and that the first time it popped off, he tried to put it on again but failed.

A spokesperson for Delta told DailyMail.com: ‘Our cabin maintenance teams take these reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address.’

People on the web flocked to the comments section and mocked the airline.

Delta has come under fierce backlash in recent weeks after a passenger shared a photo of the ‘atrocious’ first class meal that made people online ‘gag’.

Just the other day, the airline announced they would be partnering with a major fast food restaurant.

Delta announced their ‘sky-high collaboration’ with Shake Shack.

The new menu option comes with a cheeseburger, chips, a Caesar salad, and a dark chocolate brownie that is meant to be ‘reminiscent’ of the restaurant’s frozen custard item called Shack Attack.

The meal will officially be launched on December 1 on Delta flights departing out of Boston, as the company hopes to expand the offer in the future.

The catch is that only first class customers traveling more than 900 miles will be allowed to ‘pre-select’ a Shake Shack meal, which can be done one week ahead of their flight, according to the airline.

The chief executive of Delta admitted that the incoming Trump administration will be a ‘breath of fresh air’ for his industry after what he called government ‘overreach’ under President Joe Biden.

Airlines have chafed under consumer protection regulations imposed by the Biden administration.

And Delta is facing a federal investigation into its slow recovery from a global technology outage this summer.
