Pankaj Tripathi’s brother-in-law died in a fatal road accident on Saturday while his sister sustained serious injuries. The latter will be moved to Kolkata hospital.
On April 20, Pankaj Tripathi‘s brother-in-law lost his life in a tragic car accident. According to reports, the actor’s sister, who was in the car with him, is in stable condition. The pair was travelling to Kolkata to watch the Bollywood star film his most recent project. The injured individuals were promptly taken by emergency services to SNMMCH in Dhanbad, where Rajesh sadly passed away from his injuries. In contrast, Sabita, who suffered a fractured leg and a jaw injury, is said to be in stable condition, as per ETimes.
A source close to the portal reveals, “Pankaj travelled to Kolkata on Sunday morning to be by his sister’s side. They are trying to get her moved from Dhanbad to Kolkata for further treatment.”
The couple’s car collided with a road barrier at around 4.30 PM on the Delhi-Kolkata National Highway-2 in Nirsa Bazar, according to a police officer reported by news agency PTI. Sabita is reportedly receiving care at the Dhanbad Medical College Hospital. The duo was reportedly on their way from Bihar to West Bengal’s Chittaranjan.
The CCTV clip demonstrated how the car rammed into the divider and is making the rounds on social media. The extent of the car’s damage showed how serious the collision was.
