Nigella Lawson’s five-ingredient naan pizza is ‘so easy’ to make – recipe

Finding a quick, easy and affordable meal to throw together in the middle of the week can be difficult, especially after a long day in the office.

The recipe, which is from Nigella’s book NIGELLA EXPRESS, can be made in just three steps.

Nigella said of the recipe: “I beg you to keep the wherewithal for this fantastic instant snack-cum-supper in your store cupboard.

“It’s a lifesaver! I’ve given my topping of preference; feel free to play about and make your own.

“All I feel strongly is that while shop-bought pizzas are vile, packet naans when heated, are not.”

Fans of the recipe said the recipe is “so easy” to make. One person wrote: “These are so easy and a winner with everyone including my five-year-old who can be fussy in regards to what she will eat.

“I have some sauce left over which I have frozen. This could become a family favourite.”
