All candidates who want to get admission to the undergraduate medical education can fill up the application form by visiting the designated website. Speaking of the application form, NTA is likely to begin the registration process next month. i.e. February 2024. For NEET (UG) 2024, the results will be declared by the second week of June 2024. As of now, NTA has not announced the NEET 2024 registration date and time.
As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions.
Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) through the “Online” mode only on the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
NEET 2024 Registration: Check Past Year’s Trends

NEET 2024 Application Form: How to Register?
- Visit the official website of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test(NEET-UG) – neet.nta.nic.in/.
- On the homepage, look for the registration link.
- Enter the login details and register yourself on the portal.
- Once registered, enter the system-generated ID and password.
- Fill up the application form by providing the basic details.
- Upload the necessary documents. Pay the application fee.
- Submit the application form and download a copy of it for future reference.
NEET 2024 Application Form: Documents(Size, Dimension) Required
- The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
- Scanned photographs, signature, and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions should be in JPG format (clearly legible).
- Scanned Category Certificate (if applicable), Citizenship Certificate (if applicable), and PwBD Certificate (wherever applicable) should be in pdf format (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned passport photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned Postcard photograph (4”x6”) should be between 10 kb – 200 kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
- The size of scanned and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions as per the Template provided should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. viii. The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS etc.) should be in pdf between 50kb to 300kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned copy of the PwBD certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible)
- The size of the scanned copy of Class 10 pass certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
- The size of the scanned copy of the Citizenship certificate/Embassy certificate or any Documentary proof of Citizenship certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
- The size of address proof of present address and permanent address should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
