Motorola Edge 50 Fusion India launch teaser
Motorola has teased the launch of a new phone which looks quite like the Edge 50 Fusion. The teaser also mentions “Fusion” hinting that it is the Edge 50 Fusion. The smartphone is seen in a light blue colour, which would be the Marshmallow Blue colour variant of the Edge 50 Fusion. The teaser also confirms a 50MP OIS camera at the back. Up front, it’s a curved display with a punch-hole camera for selfies.
The India launch date is yet to be announced but we’re expecting the phone to debut this month. Since it’s already official, here’s a recap of the phone’s specifications.
Motorola Edge 50 Fusion specifications
Motorola Edge 50 Fusion features a 6.7-inch full HD+ pOLED Endless Edge Display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The smartphone has a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera.
On the software front, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion runs Android 14-based Hello UI out of the box. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 68W TurboPower fast charging. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, NFC, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and more.
Motorola Edge 50 Fusion starts at EUR 399 (Rs 35,400 approx), and it will most likely cost less than the Edge 50 Pro. This one has a starting price of Rs 31,999 in India. There’s no word on the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion yet.
