BJP leader Agnimitra Paul accused Mamata Banerjee’s government of being with criminals. Agnimitra Paul’s statement came after Calcutta HC’s judgment which declared the entire panel of 2016 SSC recruitment is null and void. Agnimitra Paul said, “Why are Mamata Banerjee and her government is so concerned about protecting those people who got jobs by giving bribes? Earlier the Court had directed SSC to differentiate between people who got jobs by giving bribes and by not giving bribes. Mamata Banerjee needs to take the whole responsibility. There is no point in going to the Supreme Court…this government is non-cooperative. This is very clear, Mamata Banerjee’s government is with the criminals.”
