Huma Qureshi is all set to return to her role of a homemaker turned politician, who continues o showcase her hold on her citizens. The show yet again will delve into the murky politics of Bihar along with featuring some resemblance to real life incidents and inspired by some of these true events. With both seasons receiving love from audience and Huma being hailed for her performance as Rani Bharti, the show takes off on a new journey after where Season 2 left off.

The new season will feature Rani Bharti facing new challenges as she also decides to educate herself even further. The recently released promo showcases the visit of Navin Kumar aka Amit Sial visiting the prison where he is been told by one of the prisoners that the distribution of sweets happening there is because Rani Devi has passed her intermediate exams. The promo then showcases Rani Devi’s voiceover as she challenges the world about how an illiterature and fourth standard fail Rani Bharti managed to become a politician and what new is in store for them when they see a graduated Rani taking over the seat of Bihar.
The tagline, ‘Pareeksha ki tayyari hai jaari, Phir aa rahi hai #Maharani! (Preps for Exams continue, as Maharani is all set to return) reveals how Rani Bharti is all set to bring about another revolution in the political scenario yet again. Speaking of Maharani 3, it is produced by Naren Kumar and Dimple Kharbanda, created by Subhash Kapoor, and directed by Saurabh Bhave. The storyline, penned by Subhash Kapoor and Nandan Singh, features an ensemble cast which includes, Amit Sial, Vineet Kumar, Pramod Pathak, Kani Kusruti, Anuja Sathe, Sushil Pandey, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Sohum Shah in pivotal roles.
Maharani 3 will be streaming soon on Sony LIV but the dates are yet to be revealed.
