LEON’s Honey Halloumi with Herbed Rice
First up is a rainbow rice bowl with a sticky-honey halloumi. The dish is served with LEON’s NEW Herbed Wholegrain Microwave Rice as well as some roasted veggies and a caper salad.
LEON’s Chicken, Coconut & Lime Curry
This chicken curry features fragrant lemongrass, lime juice and coconut cream. It is served with brown rice, edamame beans & pak choi.
LEON’s Gochujang Tiger Prawns with Korean Fried Spicy Rice
This dish doesn’t take long to cook thanks to its tiger prawns and LEON’s NEW Spicy Wholegrain Microwave Rice. The dish is served with pickled cucumber on the side for a cooling crunch.
LEON’s Golden Glow Dhal
The name is in the title with its health-boosting ingredients. It includes cumin and mustard seeds, turmeric, lentils and coconut milk. It’s served with a kachumber salad.
LEON’s Lentil & Butternut Squash Masala
Next is the return of the divine masala to the menu. It contains filling lentils, and butternut squash and is packed with flavour including ginger, garlic & warming spices. It is also served with brown rice.
LEON’s Aioli Chicken with Rice & Rainbow Slaw
And finally, back by popular demand is the Aioli Chicken rice box. The free-range chicken with sumac is served with a crunchy carrot slaw and LEON’s Garlic Aioli. Pomegranate seeds, fresh parsley & mint finish off the dish.
