Kamal revealed that his father, inebriated, committed the tragic act on Kamal’s birthday. Despite the horrific incident, he emphasized that it didn’t define his family’s character entirely. Kamal recounted the chaos of that day, carrying his injured mother and sister to the hospital while unaware of his own gunshot wound. He prioritized their treatment, instructing the doctor to focus on his mother and sister’s care.

Initially, he refrained from celebrating his birthday for many years. However, a few years ago, he hosted a party, though he still harbors reluctance towards celebrating. Nevertheless, his friends continue to support him by showing up on his birthday to lift his spirits.
Kamal shared that he still resides in the same house where the tragedy occurred, acknowledging that he’s not alone in experiencing such hardship. He reflected on the universality of tragedy, recognizing that many others have also faced their own challenges and sorrows.
