Through Weibo, Vivo’s vice president, Jia Jingdong, shared some important information about the iQOO Z9 Turbo, including the rear panel of the Z9 Turbo, which hints at how the phone will look.

The back of the phone has a camera setup positioned in the upper left corner with at least dual lenses. This setup is slightly raised from the surface and has an OIS logo in it, with an LED flash placed outside the bump.

The panel has a smooth finish and a single, solid colour, and the Vivo logo is placed vertically at the bottom center of the back panel and has rounded edges. The volume and power buttons are located on the right side of the Z9 Turbo phone.

In simple terms, the iQOO Z9 Turbo looks similar to the recently launched iQOO 12.

Chipset, battery details

  • The executive also mentioned that the iQOO Z9 Turbo will be one of the initial phones to showcase the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.

The cooling system, chipset, and battery details are the same as the company executive has mentioned. However, the tipster added that the upcoming iQOO smartphone will feature 80W fast charging technology.

Meanwhile, recent reports hint that the Z9 Turbo might feature a 50MP and an 8MP rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie camera. Regarding storage, it might pack either 12 GB or 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
