Imran Khan did an interview with Anupamaa Chopra where he spoke about how he now lives with his basic necessities. He said that this has helped him regain his mental peace and sense of stability. It seems now Lekha Washington and he are living in a Bandra apartment, which is owned by Karan Johar.

Imran Khan on moving into Karan Johar’s home?
The actor said he moved out of his grandfather’s huge Bandra bungalow some years back. He said that he moved into a small space, and only got the items he needed in his life. Imran Khan said he has only three plates at his home as his possessions. The Katti Batti actor said that now Lekha Washington and he are negotiating on how many utensils they can have at their place. Talking about his moving into a place owned by Karan Johar becoming news, he said, “Again, it’s one of those things that I have never fully been able to wrap my head around. The notion of celebrity and fame and the idea that people follow you around literally and report on you and comment on you and all of that. I’ve always found it to be a little odd.”
Imran Khan on dating Lekha Washington post split with Avantika Malik
He clarified that he has officially separated from Avantika Malik in 2019. He said Lekha Washington and he grew close romantically during the lockdown. It seems it was a year and a half after his divorce with Avantika. She had also left her partner a year back. He said that gossip that she was the one behind his divorce with Avantika Malik are “misogynistic”. Imran Khan said that he was furious as it questioned his agency as an individual.
