According to the notice, the Provisional Allotment under CRP RRBs-XII is conditional upon the candidate meeting the criteria set by the Regional Rural Bank (RRB) and successfully completing identity verification to the satisfaction of the allotted RRB. If, at any stage of the recruitment process, it is discovered that the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature in the process will be forfeited.
The notice further states that the formal offer of appointment, along with terms and conditions, verification procedures, and joining details, will be communicated by the allotted RRB in due course. The decisions made by the concerned RRBs are final and binding. The entire recruitment process and appointment are under the jurisdiction of the RRB, and IBPS has no role in recruitment matters. The Regional Rural Bank holds the authority to issue or withhold the appointment letter. It’s important to be aware that IBPS will not be held responsible if the appointment letter is canceled or revoked by the RRB due to missing certificates, discrepancies in biometric data, photograph mismatches, or any other reason.
