Keep an ear out for the water boiling as that’s your cue to let the contents simmer.

If the water gets too bubbly, you just need to dial down the heat a notch.

He insists that there’s no need to be shy flipping the bacon, as this isn’t like cooking a steak.

By following these steps, he guaranteed: “You’ll end up with chewy, rich bacon. This is going to be some of the best bacon you’ll probably ever have.”
