Gordon leads field of N.J. athletes in girls 3,000-meter championship at 2024 Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA – N.J. had a few athletes compete in this year’s girls 3,000-meter run championship, leaving Franklin Field with solid performances after the action on Friday.

Northern Burlington’s Liliah Gordon led the way in her third time racing in the event, finishing eighth in 9.45.66. She finished 14th in 9:57.23 a year ago and she posted a 10:37.76 back in 2022.
