Garvita Sadhawani replaced Pratiksha Honmukhe in the show. Pratiksha was removed from the show overnight along with Shehzada Dhami. Ruhi is sort of a negative character in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. In an interview with Etimes, Garvita Sadhwani was asked if she feels pressured after joining Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. To this, the actress that there was never any pressure for her to join or accept the role of being Ruhi. She mentioned that the offer came from Rajan Shahi and she had no doubts at all. Grvita added that it is a very big opportunity for her and that she cannot mess it up at all. Her parents have adviced her to work hard and so has her sister, Garvita added. Garvita Sadhwani also spoke about her co-stars. She added that she has struck a cute bond with Samridhii Shukla and the entire family of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is very good.

Talking about the storyline if Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, it is about Abhira’s war against the Poddars. Abhira has been brought back inside the Poddar house only to save Madhav and Vidya’s relationship. But everyday there are new dramas unfolding. In the upcoming episode, we shall see that Armaan will ask Abhira to sign the divorce papers. Even though he loves Abhira, his responsibility towards his family is keeping him from accepting his love for Abhira. As Armaan and Abhira would sign divorce papers, it would be interesting to see how their story will progress. Ruhi wants to be Armaan’s wife. Will that happen? Will Ruhi and Armaan get together? When will Rohit return? We’ll have to wait and watch.
