Gap is teaming up with Paddington in support of the latest film release, “Paddington in Peru,” which premieres in the U.S. on Jan. 15. The limited-edition capsule collection includes playful everyday essentials for toddlers and baby. The 25-piece curated collection is brought to life with whimsical graphics and intricate embroidering of iconic London landmarks.
Rooted in red, white and blue, the line offers a range of graphic Ts, sweatshirts, onesies and outerwear. Paddington is featured alongside the Gap logo on the matching sweat set, while a collegiate-inspired varsity jacket is emblazoned with patches. A blue cotton shirt, for example, has detailed embroidery and Paddington’s signature duffle coat is reimagined in denim.
Other items include a sweater dress, footless sweater one-piece, graphic T shirts, Baby Paddington crew socks and a Baby Gap chambray dress.
The capsule is available in toddler and baby sizing from 0-3 months to 5 years. The collection retails from $12.95 to $88 and is available on Gap.com and in over 150 Gap stores in the U.S. and 27 in Canada.
This is Gap’s second time partnering with Paddington. The first time was in 2014.
