Two well-known Denver restaurants opened at Denver International Airport last week, adding to what has become a hefty list of Colorado concepts. The openings come just a few months after two other familiar eateries and a coffee shop got on board at DIA.

Mister Oso, which features Mexican and other Latin American dishes is now open in Concourse C, along with Bar Dough, an upscale Italian restaurant. Both are owned by the Culinary Creative Group, a Denver dining company that also owns A5 Steakhouse, Tap & Burger, Kumoya, Fox and the Hen, Ash’Kara, Aye Papi and the recently opened Magna Kainan.
Aviano Coffee also opened last week in Concourse C. The artisanal coffee shop was founded in Denver in 2006 and was acquired by Culinary Creative in 2021.
All three were originally supposed to be open by the end of 2022.
As with every other Denver-area food and beverage provider or store at the airport, the three concepts will be run by an airport concessionaire under a licensing agreement. In this case, it is Paradies Lagardère, an Atlanta-based company that operates 850 stores and 170 restaurants and bars in more than 100 airports around the world.
In late August, DIA also welcomed El Chingon, a family-owned Mexican food restaurant, and Mizu Sushi Izakaya a Japanese-style tapas pub, which has a location in Lower Highland. Both of those are located in the Concourse B.
