Fighter, starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, was released in theaters on January 25, 2025, in honor of Republic Day. Two months after its theatrical debut, Fighter will make its OTT debut.
Fighter OTT Release: The aerial actioner, which features Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan among others, will soon be accessible on streaming services so you can watch it in the convenience of your own home. Despite having an estimated budget of Rs 250 crore, Fighter brought in Rs 212 crore net in India and Rs 358 crore globally according to Sacnilk.com. The Siddharth Anand-directed movie is now 2024’s highest-grossing Indian film. Fighter which is titled as an homage to the bravery, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Indian military forces, was directed by Siddharth Anand of Pathaan and War renown.

Hrithik Roshan took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) and shared a teaser of his film, Fighter on Wednesday. The caption on the post announced the release date and platform for aerial actioner. He wrote, “Fighter is all set for landing! #Fighter releasing tonight at 12am on Netflix! #FighterOnNetflix.”

The Fighter is mostly about Indian Air Force officers fighting terrorists who are supported and trying to penetrate the Indian terror network. It is the tale of the top IAF pilots who do whatever it takes to save the country. Hrithik Roshan portrays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, also known as Patty, in the movie Fighter. Stars include Karan Singh Grover, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, and Sanjeeda Sheikh, in addition to Hrithik and Deepika, who have important parts in the movie. Presenting it is Viacom18 Studios in association with Marflix Pictures, the production company founded by Siddharth and his spouse Mamata Anand.
The movie marks Hrithik’s third partnership with the director following Bang Bang and War, and Deepika’s third partnership with the director following Bachna Ae Haseeno and Pathaan. Hrithik and Deepika’s on-screen collaboration makes its debut in the aerial action thriller.
