If Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) could pick her “dream blunt rotation,” it would just consist of her and four Dwayne Johnsons — AKA The Rock.
During an appearance on the Pod Save America podcast, Warren discussed a number of major issues, but at one point went a little light with the subject matter by choosing her “dream blunt rotation” team.
As host Jon Favreau explained, a “dream blunt rotation” is “a group of people you would hypothetically like to smoke weed with because they’d be a really fun time.”
Warren made sure to play some politics with the question before fully answering.
“So all I’m really telling you — this has nothing to do weed, just who do you think is fun? These are people you’d go get pedicures with. This is what you’re telling me. I just want to make sure following this,” the senator said.
“Edibles. Pedicures. The whole thing,” Favreau said.
Warren has been advocating for legalized marijuana, telling comedian Stephen Colbert earlier this month it’s time for the United States to “join the 21st century” by federally legalizing weed.
Warren’s options for her blunt-smoking dream team? Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, Janet Yellen, Ed Markey, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Nancy Pelosi —
“Oh, The Rock! Oh, I’m stopping there. I’m just doing The Rock four times,” a laughing Warren said, referring to actor Dwayne Johnson by his professional wrestler name from his WWE days.
Favreau tried enticing Warren with a few other options, including Taylor Swift and Chuck Schumer, but the senator appears only ready to smoke and chill with Johnson from the list of politicians and celebrities.
“I’m still with The Rock,” she said.
