DERBY —Police apprehended a local man on Wednesday they said had two guns tucked in his waistband.

James Graziani, 43, was charged with interfering with an officer, criminal possession of a firearm or ammunition, two counts of criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, two counts of carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine and theft of firearm.

A struggle ensued, and during the incident, the officer spotted a gun tucked in Graziani’s back waistband.
