The 5.40am train from Edinburgh to London was cancelled.
And the 10.30am train from London Kings Cross which was due into Edinburgh at 3.09pm will also scrapped.
Several trains bound for the Highlands have been altered for several reasons.
The 11am train from London to Edinburgh will now also call at Northallerton and Durham due to a shortage of train crew.
