Atal Bihari Vajpayee birth anniversary: BJP has grand plans to celebrate former PM’s legacy

The Bharatiya Janata Party is gearing up for an elaborate celebration on December 25 to commemorate the 99th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Born in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, on December 25, 1924, Vajpayee served as the nation’s prime minister three times.

BJP’s national president, JP Nadda, has directed party officials and state presidents nationwide to honour Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s legacy by laying floral tributes at his portrait in all booths. Additionally, creative programs will be organized at each booth to highlight Vajpayee’s poetic contributions.

The celebration of Vajpayee’s birth anniversary is part of the six booth-level programs initiated by the party.

These events will involve discussions at every booth, focusing on the remarkable personality and achievements of the former Prime Minister. Furthermore, there will be conversations about government schemes, accomplishments, and good governance at the grassroots level, with a special emphasis on Vajpayee’s poetry.

In each district, discussions will cover the schemes and accomplishments of the Central Government, BJP-governed states, and the pursuit of good governance to benefit the underprivileged.
