He said that he is a mumma’s boy and spoke about his mother’s reaction to his role. He said, “Mumma loved my entry where I was doing the puja at home. However, the moment Toshu opened his mouth to speak negative, mumma was like ‘beta tu phirse dekh tu yeh karra hai?’ and then she only corrected herself that its ok as it is just work. She said that I am good boy in real life so its ok. But then I defended saying that even Toshu is also a good person but every person has good and bad qualities. So, Anupamaa had one bad child and now she is behind making his life good.”

Rohit Purohit’s Porus costar Zohaib Siddiqui has opened up about his entry in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He spoke to Telly Chakkar and said that Rohit’s story is inspiring and he knows Rohit since a long time. Zohaib said that he and Rohit were doing Porus in 2018. He shared that Rohit is a wonderful guy and he is happy for him as Rohit is finally getting his due as an actor.
