After much anticipation, Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav’s flick Kho Gaye Hum Kahan has finally arrived on Netflix. Interestingly, the film is helmed by debutant director Arjun Varain Singh. Actor Anil Kapoor took to his social media handle and extended his best wishes to Arjun for his debut.

On Tuesday evening, Kapoor shared one of Arjun’s recent posts and gave the film a shout-out. He wrote, “Cheers to @arjunvarain.singh On your directorial debut ! From calling you ‘Hollywood’ on the 24 Season 1 set to this milestone – what a journey!

Anil further added, “Wishing you all the success in this new chapter. May it be as legendary as your nickname suggests!” He further added, “Excited for #KhoGayeHumKahanOnNetflix.” He also called it “Another feather in the hat for the dream team” of Zoya Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Farhan Akhtar.

For the unversed, directed by newcomer Arjun Varain Singh, who also co-wrote it with Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the film chronicles the lives of three twenty-something friends, Imaad (Siddhant Chaturvedi), Ahana (Ananya Panday) and Neil (Adarsh Gourav). The trio explore the digital world and support one another in their search for authenticity amidst their virtual lives. Produced by Excel Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and Tiger Baby’s Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, the film invites viewers to explore the complexities of online existence as a young adult.
