Partlow Collaborates With Adam Lippes on Boots for Fall 2025

Kasey Lemkin and Lawren Sample’s luxe cowboy boot brand Partlow is launching its first fashion collaboration, teaming up with New York designer Adam Lippes on two styles for fall 2025.

The classic midcalf boot and a knee-high boot are clean and modern with the Western details pared back, eliminating stitching on the toe box and sharpening the pull tabs for a sleek look. The color palette includes bordeaux, dove gray, mocha, white, black and chocolate, across eight stock keeping units, and the materials used are napa leather and suede.

“I’m a huge fan of Texas and every time I was in Dallas, I would hear about Kasey from all of my friends there,” said Lippes, who has a store in Houston. “A few years ago, Cindy Rachofsky (my original Dallas fairy godmother), organized a dinner with the three of us, and the idea of working together was sparked. This may surprise you, but I have long been a cowboy boot fan, buying my first pair, which I still have, when I was 14! Chocolate brown with chocolate brown snake in fact. Kasey and Lawren have done such an incredible job with Partlow, creating the finest cowboy boot, hands-down. I’m so thrilled to be able to put my touch on it.”

“The fusion of his refined, meticulously crafted collections with our elevated Western boots felt like a natural synergy,” added Lemkin.

“Together, we crafted an ultra-refined, minimalist Western boot that captures the essence of modern simplicity and understated luxury,” said Sample.

The boots will be available starting August 2025 at Adam Lippes stores as well as on both brands’ e-commerce platforms and select retailers. Boots will retail for $1,395 for the midcalf boot and $1,495 for the knee-high boot.

Launched in Los Angeles in 2023, Partlow has had quite a ride with its made-in-Italy cowboy boots. The founder sisters have elevated the American classic to the realm of luxury , with styles in supple, vegetable-dyed calfskin with padded insoles and walkable heels, $895 to $2,595.

They have experienced year-over-year revenue growth of 266 percent from 2023 to 2024, with a direct-to-consumer average order value of $1,114, 23 percent of orders coming from repeat customers, and 10 percent of repeat customers ordering a second pair within 30 days. They also wholesale at major department stores and specialty retailers including Neiman Marcus, Tootsies and Elyse Walker.

Over the last 11 years, Lippes has built his quiet luxury business on the concept of timeless sportswear and occasion wear in exquisite fabrications, with investment from the Houston-based Sarofim family, and their fund-management empire. Extremely client-focused, he spent the first decade of his label traveling more days that not, growing the brand through trunk shows and charity lunches with a particular focus on the South, and opening stores last year in Palm Beach, Fla. and Houston, following two in New York.
