Mumbai, April 25: Jeep India has officially launched the 2024 Wrangler facelift with minor design tweaks, a redesigned interior and some new feature additions. Prices for the lifestyle off-roader start from Rs. 67.65 lakh (ex-showroom), a bump of around 5 lakh over the outgoing model. The facelifted 2024 Jeep Wrangler comes in two variants – Unlimited and Rubicon. The automaker has opened order books for the off-roader, and the deliveries will commence by mid-May. Despite the price bump, the Jeep Wrangler remains a more affordable option over its arch rivals like Land Rover Defender 110, which has a price tag of 97 lakh (ex-showroom). The revamped Wrangler is offered as a locally assembled CKD import into the country. On the outside, the 2024 Jeep Wrangler facelift gets minor design tweaks with updated fascia sporting a signature seven-slat blacked-out grille, wider bumper, 18-inch alloys (17-inch for Rubicon), Gorilla Glass protection for the windshield. It comes in five colour options – Bright White, Granite Crystal, Firecracker Red, Black, and Sarge Green.

On the inside, the Jeep Wrangler facelift gets an all-black layout with a redesigned dashboard and a 12.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Feature-wise, the SUV now has wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, 12-way powered front seats, 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, TPMS, adaptive cruise control and forward collision avoidance, reverse parking camera with a park assist system.

As for mechanicals, the Jeep Wrangler SUV continues to get a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol mill producing 268 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. The unit is coupled with an 8-speed torque converter unit. The SUV also gets Jeep’s Selec-Trac 4WD system as standard.
