Mumbai, April 26: Bajaj Auto has been on the roll since the beginning of this year. The Indian two-wheeler manufacturer had recently updated its entire Pulsar lineup followed by the launch of Pulsar N160 with a digital instrument cluster. Now, the brand has introduced another set of upgrades for the streetfighter in the form of an upside-down (USD) fork. Priced at Rs. 1.6 lakh (ex-showroom), the inverted fork introduced on the streetfighter seems to be the same unit seen on the 2024 Pulsar N250. The introduction of an inverted fork should improve the stability of the Pulsar N160, particularly during cornering or hard braking. Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Launch Teased?
Apart from the USD fork, Bajaj has also replaced the halogen bulb side indicator with LED turn indicators. These are the same set of LEDs that we see on the elder siblings. To distinguish it from the outgoing model, the two-wheeler manufacturer has also added new N160 graphics giving it a bold appeal. The sticker is pasted across the tank with a checkered pattern for a sporty look.

Apart from these upgrades, the rest of the Bajaj Pulsar N160 continues to remain unchanged. It uses the same 164.82cc, single-cylinder mill paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The unit makes 15.68bhp at 8,750rpm and 14.65Nm at 6,750rpm. The Pulsar N160 equipped with a digital display and Bluetooth is priced at Rs. 1.33 lakh.
For braking, the Pulsar N160 comes equipped with a 300mm disc brake up front and a 230mm disc brake at the rear in the dual-channel ABS variant. The single-channel AbS variant gets a 280mm front disc. In terms of competition, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 takes on arch-rivals such as Suzuki Gixxer, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Hero Xtreme 160R, and Yamaha FZ-S Fi V3.0.
