Fans spotted the couple holding hands as they left the venue with their security team. Tom was seen leading the way and keeping eager fans at bay. “Sorry guys,” Tom was heard telling fans as they reached out to the actress for autographs. The actor then played the perfect gentleman and held his lady love by the waist as she entered their waiting car and drove off.
Their joint appearance marks the first public outing together since rumours began to swirl of a possible rift in the relationship after Zendaya unfollowed everyone on Instagram, including her beau. Holland later denied the breakup, asserting that they had “absolutely not” parted ways.
The spotting came after Zendaya made a show-stopping appearance at the ‘Dune 2’ premiere in a futuristic robot ensemble. She reappeared on the carpet, this time donning a black velvet floor-length gown accessorized with vintage jewellery.
Meanwhile, Holland steered clear of the spotlight and was seen on the sidelines, cheering for the actress and peering over the rails to watch her grand entrance. The actor opted for a sleek and casual look, sporting an all-black ensemble with a vest layered over a black t-shirt and dress pants.
Last month, Tom made a solo appearance at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards, where he gushed about Zendaya and shared their experiences working on the Spider-Man franchise. “Zendaya and I will, every now and then, watch Spider-Man 1 and reminisce about being 19 and making those movies again,” Holland revealed in an interview with Extra.
‘Dune: Part Two’ will arrive in theatres on March 15, 2024.
