While she ruled the world of OTT as Bae aka Bella Chaudhary, Ananya Panday returns to the platform in another unique avatar of a heartbroken girlfriend in the one-of-a-kind Vikramaditya Motwane directorial CTRL. Exploring the rare genre of Artificial Intelligence, the film features the actress in a Gen Z girl-next-door avatar and it seems that the film along with her performance has left many impressed including Housefull 2 actress Zareen Khan.

Zareen Khan has joined the list of celebrities who are praising Vikramaditya Motwane’s latest project CTRL. Khan took to her social media handles to share her review on the film and penned a note about the same on her Instagram story saying, “CTRL is truly groundbreaking! Congrats to @motwayne for yet again making a film that is too close to home. It shakes you from within, makes you think. @ananyapanday, you are too good! One of your bests for sure,” the actress wrote. In the past, celebrities such as Anurag Kashyap, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and others took to their respective social media handles to express their views on the film.

Also starring her Call Me Bae co-star Vihaan Samat as the leading man, the film revolves around popular social media influencer-couple Nella and Joe who separate because the latter cheats on her. Unable to deal with the heartbreak and the shaming after a video of hers attacking the ‘other woman’ goes viral on social media, Nella turns to an AI app to erase his digital existence on her computer and social media but slowly realizes its disadvantages when it begins to take control of her data and life.

Also starring Suchita Trivedi, Kamakshi Bhat, Devika Vatsa, Ravish Desai, among others, the film premiered on Netflix on October 4.
